  ABN AMRO Securities, Japan Expand   

Product: Financial Services
The Central Bank of Tokyo required an independent pricing of the structured deals in the client portfolio of ABN AMRO Tokyo. Hollitech was engaged to study the nature of the structures and whether an independent pricing source could be established. In cooperation with our partner Logic International from New York, we developed
a suitable software application.

The Hollit Group is a fashion house with trading offices in Hong Kong and Italy and production entities in Asia, with a regional headquarter in Jakarta. With such a wide-spread operation in different countries and handling a diverse and huge volume of products, the company was in need of an automated solution that offered full operational control. With Hollitech’s ERP modules the Hollit Group is now able to oversee every single flow in the trade and production process, and be alerted on potential problems like negative net margin and delivery dates at risk.

Being one of the biggest department store in South East Asia, Pasar Raya needed a software system that could track transactions for effective distribution and retail in an end-to-end mode. With our proprietary REMA software, the company enjoys an efficient and smooth workflow that captures all transactions from every department and includes modules for purchase, inventory management, distribution, multi-store locations, POS & Loyalty management.

The company had a new division for its Lube oil distribution and needed a system that could keep track of the accounts and stock. Our off-the-shelf solution helped the company introduce an industry standard accounting and inventory package for better control and efficiency.

Product: Subscriber Administration and Billing software
Hollitech built two large telephony applications for the group, one for their fixed cellular operations in Jakarta and the other for GSM operations in Uzbekistan. In both cases we replaced very expensive ERP systems with our proprietary applications tailored to the company’s activities. These applications cover subscriber management, service activations, complaint handling and billing for small to medium telephony operations.

The school required a Payroll and HR system for control and efficiency. As Hollitech’s payroll system goes beyond the scope of simply processing payroll, it was the perfect instant solution for their needs. The school was also able to use the software in their HR department. The management was happy to find an application software that gave such good value for the money they spent.

Product: PRO-MIS
A shopping mall which has both strata title and leased units; it required a comprehensive software that covered the depth and breadth of all transactions. Pro-MIS was implemented by the developers to manage sales and invoice installment bills while the property management company uses this software to keep track of the monthly service charges and utility billing.

Product: TREATS (formerly Bake iT and Café iT (ERP))
A café chain that strives to provide excellent food and services for its Asian customers in an European ambiance. Amadeus needed a Point of Sales and Supply Chain Management (ERP) system to ensure the smooth
daily running of its outlets, including consolidated management reporting regarding purchase, inventory, production and sales any time, any where. The system is highly scalable, so new outlets, menus and products can be easily integrated.
